Exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for a Senior Civil Project Manager (Airport) looking to join the team in Minneapolis!This is a hybrid position with working three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Leaddesign/planning for a variety of complex site development and airfielddesign projects
• Leadproject teams and manage project scopes, schedules, financials, andtechnical requirements
• Mentor/trainjunior staff with an emphasis on technical design standards and qualitycontrol
• Serveas a technical expert in collaborative engineering environment
• Travelto project sites
• Provideengineering services to airports across the country including smallgeneral aviation airports, large international commercial airports, andmilitary bases
• Attendindustry related conferences, trainings, and other events to strengthenexpertise and foster relationships with potential project partners andclients

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in civil engineering
• 8+years of design experience with aviation, transportation, site developmentor municipal projects
• Experiencein design of roadways, utilities, site grading, drainage and storm watermanagement
• 2+years of project management experience
• PELicense
• Resideswithin or open to relocate to the greater Minneapolis - Saint Paul,Minnesota area
• Priorbusiness development experience
• Proficientin preparing plan sets, specifications, and construction cost estimates
• Abilityto travel as needed (up to 20%)
• Occasionalovernight travel may be required
• Aviationproject experience preferred
• Experiencewith Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD preferred
• Experiencewith ArcGIS preferred
• Previousdesign experience with airfield/airport infrastructure projects preferred
• Familiarwith Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations/procedures preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
