We're a private dental practice located in Mayfield Heights, OH looking for a warm, reliable receptionist to be the first face, and voice our patients meet. No dental office experience needed, we'll train you on everything specific to our office. What we can't train is a genuine, calm, customer-first attitude, so that's what we're hiring for!
Schedule
Full-time
Tuesday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM
No evenings, no weekends!
What You'll Do
Greet patients warmly when the arrive
Answer and manage a busy multi-line phone system
Schedule and confirm patients appointments
Check patients in and out
Keep the front desk organized, and running smoothly
Work closely with our clinical team to keep the day on schedule
What You Need
A genuine, friendly, calm costumer service instinct- This is the #1 requirement
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Reliable, punctual, and the ability to stay composed in a busy environment
High school diploma, or equivalent
No dental experience required, prior costumer service, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus, not a requirement.
